Why Diets Don’t Work

Have you ever tried a diet in order to lose weight or feel healthier? Did it work for you? Almost all of us have ‘failed’ at a diet at some time in our lives, simply because we were focussed on an end goal, way off in the future, perhaps one that was not ever realistic.

It is an easy trap to fall in to because it was all about the food, never the behaviour. When you start to restrict foods without a strong ‘why’, without a belief in yourself, without a plan, then you will fail.

To turn this around you need to understand your behaviour and your habits. Why do you choose certain foods to eat, even when you know there is a different choice that would be healthier?

Change your habit, and you change your outcome.
