Maybe you are not sure if PT is the right choice for you? Maybe you just have a little niggle and don’t want to commit to anything longer term? Or maybe you didn’t realise you needed training until just now?!
Whatever your reason, I can offer you the opportunity to train with me during the month of Movember, without me being paid for the privilege. Instead all I ask is that you donate whatever sum you feel comfortable with to my fundraiser for this year.

How to train for free
Every Monday I will send out an email with a list of available days and times. All you need to do is reply. In the event of multiple requests for the same space I will hold a ballot

My Movember story
I first heard of the Movember charity in 2008. As a PT I felt it was my duty to promote great health, and I knew that a client ‘s husband had recently been treated, successfully, for prostate cancer, so supporting Movember made perfect sense.
The charity has grown from those early years of focus on physical health, to a more rounded model, changing the face of men’s health, and targeting a reduction in the suicide rate.
We didn’t know it then, on November 1st 2008, but Jan was pregnant, and our lives were about to change massively. Since then I, like many of you, have had to cope with mood changes, health challenges, the pandemic, and the loss of close friends. This year one of my best friends died. The news of his death, from ill health (and possibly lifestyle) came whilst celebrating the far too short life of another friend who had decided to end his. I have struggled with grief, and I want this year to be in memory of Matt and Vince.
